1. When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time after processing:

USA: 7–15 business days

Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, weather, or carrier issues.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.
If you don’t receive it within 5 business days, email us at deroomy.store@gmail.com.
3. I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?

Photos or videos of the issue
We’ll replace or refund your item according to our policy.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours after purchase.
After that, the order may already be processed and cannot be changed.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
6. What if my package is delayed?
Delivery delays can happen due to customs, holiday seasons, or carrier issues.

7. My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

9. Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
To speed up delivery, items may ship from different warehouses.
You may receive more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
